"Falling In Dub" - Vocal Track?

Does anyone know what the vocal cut is to "Falling In Dub" mixed by Errol Brown? The dub features a snippet of vocal: *"I'm falling in love / With sweet music in my heart..."*

If we are talking about track 4 from "Dub Over Dub: 27 Track Dub Extravaganza" (Disc 1), we are looking for a song probably produced by Sonia Pottinger and maybe released on Highnote.

Its definetly the track Mick is talking about.
Been checkin the web for most pottinger release for a full hour but no luck ... very interested if anyone can find it.
By the way some of the vocals from Dub over Dub can be found on this release:

Yes, Balughetto - I know that collection well. Only about 7-8 of the tracks on Reggae Train have matches on Dub Over Dub. Here is "Falling In Dub":
