Does anyone know if lee perry is talking abot prince buster in this rare ska tune

I can't be sure but I think I may have read in the book "Bass Culture" that Prince Buster was the subject of the lyrics. Unfortunately I can't check because I have mislaid my copy of the book.
Ron would normally know the answer to questions like this but I am not sure if he is online at the moment.
The Studio One 7" is not so rare now as there were loads of repress copies around a couple of years ago.
