I have the great pleasure of announcing that Burning Bush Iroko is releasing for the first time a gem that had been kept hidden on a tape for 35 years. Recorded at Channel One in 1980, featuring the great Winston "Delano" Stewart on lead vocal, this beauty is called "Stop this war". Mixed by Errol Brown, produced by Delano and BB Seaton.
Don't miss it !!!
Hear it yah...

Excellent song, nice dub too.
On a different note, is Jah Mel "Watchful Eyes" ever likely to get a CD release?
If "Tribal Inna Yard" and "Man of Ghetto" can get a CD release then surely "Watchful Eyes" merits one too.

Glad you like it !
Rootsman : I am only a little involved in this release, not all the rest of Iroko's great work, so I'm sorry I can't answer you...

Right on! I hope Iroko will press more previously unreleased music. "Jet Plane" also by Delano and also unreleased, except on mp3, deserves to be put on 7". It's a fantastic tune from the same time (session?) as "Stop this War". Hear it here:

There's mention of another three or four Delano/Roots Radics tunes on the Pama forum. Seems like a perfect chance to make a showcase album if the dubs are available.

Yes, Jet Plane is brilliant too, but no release is planned as far as I know. Same for the other unreleased Delano songs. Will depend on the success of this release I guess.
The record is now available at Iroko (and only there for now)
