ROCKERS Movie - Looking for a song!!

In the movie ROCKERS Dirty Hary takes over the turntables in a disco and plays rockers music ... does anybody know the song he was playing there?

Errm,, it's Queen Majesty by U-roy i think, or maybe Chalice in the Palace i forget the proper name, think it's a toast over a Mighty Diamonds tune if i'm thinking of the same one as u. I have it on cd somewhere, u can find it on one of the virgin compilations, think one might be called Roots+Culture.

The tune is Queen Majesty as performed by the Jays on the Channel One label. The toast on the end of the discomix is by none other than Ranking Trevor. I believe this is still available as a 12" repress.

long time I thought its Diamonds....till I got a 12" by The Jays with Queen Majesty on A and DJ cut by R. Trevor on the flip side.

Beba- To my knowledge it was originally done by the Techniques, and Pat Kelly was a member... So, yes, sort of. Been covered by many others though.

the Queen Majesty track is available on double CD, on VP Records - "Channel One Anthology". the full extended version, with Ranking Trevor.
