Horace Andy's Dancehall Style is my favorite Wackies album, but I have not heard a lot from the label. Anybody have any suggestions on any other Wackies albums that are as good? Thanks

Lots of unique sounds came out of that studio...lloyd barnes was a great mixer.

Wayne Jarrett- Bubble Up
Jezzreel - Great Jah Jah Showcase
Some great dub LPs on the label too.

Horace Andy meets Naggo Morris + Wayne Jarrett Mini Showcase. I can't get enough of "You and I" by Wayne Jarrett.

(I prefer the above to the African Roots series, which are good, but these stand out in comparison).

Wackies, the hardest roots outta NY. Also, alot of material was released under other label names as well. City Line, Senrab and a couple others.. Check for the album "Jah Children Invasion", track one's solid.. Dis ya Rockers time! 1OVE
