Very obscure 90s tune!

Hi all,
I have been trying for so long to track down a tune I heard on a tape back in the early to mid 1990s that was doing the rounds at the time! I have tried searching for the lyrics on YouTube and on Google etc and haven't been able to find it anywhere!
It was a British Reggae artist I think and I think it was called "Irie irie music" or something similar. The lyrics that I can remember were:
"na na na na na na na ni ya chest and ya back and ya belly a roll, mi say go over the wall like a _____me say live and direct, it's an irie irie music feelin!" then something like "keep me skanking from daybreak till dusk till dawn"
There are gaps there obviously but I am really desperate to track this tune down! The version I had, I remember the artist sounding a bit "off key" in parts so it may have been an underground record!
Many thanks in advance to anyone who can help!
