Upsetters 'Dreader locks'

For quite some time already, I've been wondering who is the vocalist on the 'Dreader locks' version of Junior Byles' classic 'Curly locks'. Often it's been suggested that it's Lee Perry himself, but - being quite familiar with Scratch' vocal work - I simply cannot believe this is the case (although the title is credited to Perry).
But who is it then?

I think it's Junior Byles himself while Scratch is doing some chatting in the background. The single credits Junior & Lee or Jr Byles & Lee Perry on most releases.
Also if you listen to Junior Byles "Chant Down Babylon" single on the Ja-Man label you can hear him speaking an intro at the start and it sounds quite similar..

It is as Nilo82 says: Dreader Locks is a 'duet' by Junior Byles and Lee Perry.
They are commenting on the remake Prince Tony Robinson did of the riddim for Big Youth's House Of Dreadlocks.

Great to know, thanks! I'd never heard Byles toasting before so this possibility hadn't come to my mind...

And Big Youth's is a version of "Let Locks Grow", by Barrington Spence, which the Groovemaster, Prince Tony, also produced. Both Prince Tony's productions were more commercially successful than Scratch Perry's, hence the "Prince Tony you're a phoney" comments.
