I recently stumbled across the album Slim Smith - born to love ( studio one release, with the black cover )in my local record shop.

I don't know anything about mister Smith, so is it worth buying ?

This is definetly one of the Studio1 rocksteady-classics! Something odd about my copy is that there's one of the tunes on the a- and on the b-side, can`t remember wich one though.. It`s got the original version of the answer riddim on it and the original rougher yet! A must have, you don`t wanna miss out on that one.

A great but very short album. The New Boss is repeated on some pressings and the 90s Heartbeat CD.

Yes django, a very short Studio 1 LP.

On top of that at least four or five of the ten tracks have been issued on hard to find singles.

Two classics, *'Rougher Yet'* & *'Never Let Go'* were revived on single by Coxsone with added versions.
