Does anyone know who the tracks are by.......
The title suggets it is by Sugar as a boy or is it an album by other Youth singers....ike those on Sugars Youth In Progress label........

I remember hearing this compilation but not liking most of it because there were quite a few digital tracks on here. That's really all of the info I have, not much help.
