Hi there,

I am looking for the album (ever released on CD?) Tribute to Selassie I by Ras Imruh Asha.

Does anyone know how I can get this?

Thanks in advance.

Ras Imruh Asha AKA R. Carter has a nice Roots disco 12 on his own "House of asher" record label with two scorchers: "fourth generation" & "calli bird" (matrix # HA1). same Roots sound as the "Tribute to selassie I" LP & Same LAbel, but not included on that LP. Also, on Reuben Seals' Selatone label are two Wicked Lovers Rock reggae tunes by ras Imruh Asher called "Look of love" & "Four fold runner" (MAtrix # ST1). It has no dates but I would guess it came out before his House of asher stuff (late 70's/1980) This Disco comes on a yellow vinyl and regular black vinyl. I do not have it listed for sale on my site, but I would be willing to trade my extra copy of the Selatone Disco (black vinyl)for another rarity, let me know. ADAmbom
