Not sure about Folly Ranking, but another one called Fally Ranking was a big tune recorded by Johhny Osbourne in the 70's

guess it´s from 1980. You´ll find this excellent
number on the must have ´King Jammy in Roots´ by
Auralux. By the way: My favourite track on it!

came out on a 12" greensleeves fally ranking - johnny osbourne
osbourne got another (different) tune called folly lover
