Hi Staas,
as a Big Youth fan I don´t consider this one to be hit, too digi!!!. Much prefer ´Save the children´ from his post ´84 stuff.

I have it, the first track is a killer nyahbinghi song, besides that track all other songs are just average digital reggae, i heard several of the same riddims on the album "Jr Reid & The Bloods", don't know if he produced the Jah Youth album also.
Blessed!

im probably one of the bigger jah youth fans. but none of his stuff really appeals to me after 82's "chanting dread inna fine style." his new cd the one on vision sounds is incredibly awful, depressing almost.

Are u talking about "Musicology" or there is a new one? I heard that "Musicolgy" was great, but I still haven't managed to hear it myself.

mn418 said Big Youth's LAST cd was awful, that is why i asked if he meant Musicology.
I know higher grounds is from 95, i have it. Didn't you read my previous answer?
An advice: To correct someone, correct you first, bredrin.
Oceans of blessing for you, Rasta.

I saw the “Higher Ground” CD at a used record store that allows shoppers to sample before buying; I skipped on the purchase because it didn’t do much for me.
Big Youth had a nice guest appearance on "Good Old Dancehall Vibes" with Beres Hammond recently. It can be found on Hammond's "Love Has No Boundaries" LP on VP Records. Big Youth doesn’t say much just has a little scat in the chorus and in the intro, still a nice surprise appearance on a contemporary tune reminiscing about the good old days.
You can sample the tune on this page:

U Roy's recent albums on Tabou "Now" & "Serious Matter" are much better buys.
