56 Hope Road and Bob's implication in Production

Hi deh..
We were recently speaking bout the 56 Hope Road label of the Marley family... But Id like to know more about it... was it created after Bob's death or was it created by Bob...?
And do you know other non-Wailers chunes that he produced? I know there are few tunes on Tuff Gong, but am really uncertain that they were produced by Bob...
Like Leroy Brown - Pride and Ambition or Marcia Griffith's Mellow Mood... Ive seen "Natural Woman" by Senya too, on Tuff Gong... do you know more?
I wonder why Bob was not more invested in producing Jamaican music...
