The Ras Karbi interview mentions the Rastafarians, anyone who has the Orthodox Lp by them? Is it good?

Yup, very good album
Old sound & style, some songs are killers...

I think it is a little too funky and smooth. It does not sound authentic. I Would not recomend it.

"seek H.I.M" "occupation" "a love we a deal wit" are pure roots and killer tunes, the lead vocal is very good singer and the music is maybe an evoluate form of roots(look at year) but still a pure one!

(a very close style is the modern band "Dread Ashanti" for me, but they are less good musicians same if the vocal lead are too good, check it too guys!)

150% roots reggae, good lirycs i think they only recorded 1 album and a couple of dubs killer roots

They cut a 2nd album but that was never released

I use to have a copy of the album, but sold it because I didn´t like it. This was a couple of years ago though. I might like it today...
