dub version

Does any seasoned reggae listeners know who did a dub version of the late Prince Far I's song Message From The King? And what dub album it came from please?

the dub is called 'A Message' and is the first on 'Crytuff Dub Encounter Chapter 1' credited to the Arabs. Originally on Hitrun records and nowadays available on Pressure Sounds.
Killer riddim and great dub record.
