I presume that most of you heard about the french roots label Makasound. They have edited unknown classics by black roots, delroy williams, the mighty threes, etc.Did you know their Inna de Yard project ? They record jamaican legends inna de yard, only with acoutic guitars, nyabinghi drums,. The first release is from Chinna Smith but I haven't heard it at this time...
If someone heard it, is it as good as I imagine? and if nobody heard it, let's all go on makasound.com, but I'm not sure we can buy online, however, it's worse trying.
Greetings

Hi there!

When I checked out "inna de yard" by Chinna and Kiddus, I was electrified. I exspected strong rootsy albums....I really was disappointed, especially by Kiddus`album. And Chinna has even made better music....like his great "Sticky Fingers" album.
Blessed,
LION

Those two are good releases, especially the first album ever by Kiddus I - timeless stuff, great voice and in good shape.
