help please! looking for dub song

hi everybody, i'm looking for this dub trizzy for a long time, ive captured it from a skateboard video (sorry for the bad quality but the tape is pretty much fuc-ked) hope someone could help me telling me who this is by?

Cassava Piece is the instrumental melodica cut.
There's also a very famous dub remix called "King Tubby Meets Rockers Uptown".
