I was unaware of this as well...They oughta be under one page on Roots Archives, like all the other artists with multiple names, to avoid such confusion. Blessings.

According to the liner notes from the Trojan various artists-compilation 'Too much iron in the fire' which features productions by Roy 'Blackbeard' Sinclair (Tappa Zukies brother) Flick Wilson and Ruddy Thomas are two different persons.
While working as an engineer for Joe Gibbs and Prince Jammy and also when recording some 7" and 12" singles in the late 70s Ruddy Thomas used the alias of Flick Wilson occasionally.
The original Flick Wilson is/was the singer with the high-tenor voice that recorded mainly for Blackbeard and of whom very little is known.
Check also the other Compilation on Blackbeard productions from the Moll-Selekta label, 'Don't give up your culture'.
Greetings
