WHO IS THIS SINGER?

Am trying to find out if there is asinger by the name of captain t.t, am not sure if that is the correct spelling but he sings asort of reggae - calypso style ,help if u have any clues..

lol I'm pretty sure there is a singer from one of the African Nations(kenya)by the name of Captain TT but this was in the early nineties, i could be wrong. I'll check for more info
