Can someone please tell me the name and artist of the song with the lyrics: "you and your smiling face don't mean a thing to me...". U-Roy does a DJ version called "Flashing my whip", and I think I may have a King Tubby/Dennis Brown dub version somewhere, but I have not come across the original. Thanks.

Haven't heard all of those versions, who produced the Leroy Gibbon's version?

Isn't U-Roy's "Dread in a Babylon" on this wicked riddim too ? On the Trojan Roots box set, there's a version that seems to have been recorded live. The Daddy shouts "Dreaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad !!!!" and the crowd goes wild. Amazing version !
