Roland burrell / Burrells / Black Crucials Connection?

I have always been wondering if there was some relation of The Burrells to the Black Crucials....
I have a Hawkeye 12" Disco credited to Black Crucials: "Tonight" b/w "LAdy LAdy". The latter is actually "Johnny dollar" (it begins: "Lady, Lady, Lady, why do you..."), except tha it is an extended version of the same recording on the Burrells LP of the same Name.
This made me wonder...is this just a misprint or miscredit on behalf of Hawkeye records? ...or could these two bands share some of the same members?
I also have a black Crucial 12" disco on the MAsai label with two tunes: one that mixes with one of the 'Burrells' tunes and one that mixes with a Tony Tuff (one of the burrells) 12" Disco on the tanka LAbel; All of the MAsai and Tanka Productions are by Lowell Hill.
So far I have not read or heard who the three members are that make up the Black Crucials; All I have to go by is thier picture on the "Mr sonny" LP and thier voices. Pretty sure, out of the Burrells, that is is not Tony Tuff or earl 16, but it seems to me that it is a possibility that either Roland Burrell, Junior Moore or Both are part of the 'Black Crucials' -- I have not been able to confirm. Who are the black Crucials?!
Has anyone else drawn any connections regarding these artists? Can anyone offer any more insight into this topic? MAny Thanks.
