The track you mean is called "we nur run" produced by Rodguel "black beard" sinclair [Tappa Zukies'brother, who used to work for Bunny Lee]
You can find it on "Barry Brown-rich man poor man 1978-1980" on Moll-selekta records.

Are you sure it's Barry Brown, it sounds very familiar, but I thought at first it was maybe someone else. And I am playing all the Barry Brown I have and still haven't found it. I wonder if it is in fact a Cornell Campbell track?

Can you upload the MP3 anywhere?

definitely barry brown..I know it 'produced by linval thompson' ..

a dub cut can also be found on linval produced dub LPs like scientist meets the space invaders & dub landing (same mix) - the vocal is on a strong like sampson 12" named 'natty dread nar run' b/w anthony johnson (mystic eyes) 'life is not easy' -

Yes Marky Dread, you are right, Barry Brown has been 'hidden under a bushel' - at least from those who don't take time to seek out the less well known reggae music.

I discovered him via a 12 inch 45, and have been buying up everything with his name on since. And I haven't had too many dissapointments with what I have found.
