Reggae Keyboard playing techniques.. "bubblin' & the cotch.."

Ay Mon! Whatta g'wan?.. To make this short & sweet: i'm interested in any links/info/videos, etc. anyone of y'all could provide regarding how to learn to get that sweet, classic/dubby keys sound that's crucial to a proper Reggae song; i.e. "bubblin'," skank, etc. Usually there's piano, and/or organ played in that magic, bubblin' way.. Thanks in advance for any helpful suggestions, and One Love! ~Z
