Have a song on an old memorex tape (the cream and black ones - remember them??) and for the life of me I can't find who sings this song. Please see below

I'll have to check by listening to my copy later, but this could be Cassandra by Dennis Brown, does it sound like his voice?

No it sounds nothing like him. Also I've heard the Dennis Brown song and its a completely different song.
