i'm off to amsterdam this weekend to see the windmills... anybody know of any good clubs or good gigs on in the city this weekend. or for that matter good record shops. thanks in advance people.

hi guys, thanks for info, found some nice coffeeshops around the area, didnt make any gigs but still had a great time. this was my second trip [no pun intended] to the city and i really love the place. should go more. anyway, thanks again.

I have been many times in the last few years - some real nice coffee shops I have gotten to know - Amsterdam is like my spiritual home - I feel so relaxed there - even before visiting the coffee shops!

Anyone have any info about living conditions there? Rent? Jobs?
The i must get out of babylon, and that seems a logical place to go.
