No question about Junjo. That man was a genius. Unbeatable with Scientist in the mix. I find it difficult to think of a single duff Junjo track.

They were producers even though they mainly were thought of as engineers (especially Scientist that only did little productions).
So my answers would be;
Jah Shaka
Lee Perry
Henry Lawes
Prince Jammy
Even though I prefer music engineered by King Tubby over those by Lee Perry and the same with Scientist contra Jammy. However you were asking about producers and not engineers.
