I recognize some titles listed, but not others. Does anyone know exactly what it is? Are some songs retitled? I can't find an explanation anywhere.

It's made up of mostly tracks from Ital Dub and some Bunny Lee productions.
The others are definitely a mystery.
I've heard the liner notes are garbage, but haven't seen myself.

Thanks - I would never have guessed any were from Ital Dub, but I haven't heard "Jah Inspiration", so I wouldn't know. I'm similarly curious but wary about those Jamaican Recordings CDs ("Dubbing with the Don", etc.) - I'll probably avoid buying those, but will wonder in in the back of my mind what they were all about.

Dubbing with the Don is a brilliant album in my opinion and the sound quality is excellent - worth buying.

Most tracks are from a later period, more out of the 80's.
Still there's are some flying cimbal tracks or productions of the early 70's.

The tune that catched my mind, if I remember right, was the version of "Slaving" with a different melody. Great tune, digitalized, but great tune!

So this compilation is quite heterogeneous, but the tracks seem rare to find elsewhere.
"Dubbing with the Don" stay strictly late 70's, with a really great sound, it maybe has been remastered.
