RAMBO POLICEMAN!

In the 80's I recorded some massive roots and reality tunes from the radio to tape. In those days I did not really study the artist yet and didn't write down names or titles. One of these tapes was sabotaged and killed.
On this tape you could hear a brother sing a chorus: DISYA RAMBO POLICEMAN, SHOOTING I PEOPLE DOWN/ DISYA RAMBO POLICEMAN.
Must have been a mid 80's digital production ... very vibesful!
Can any brother or sister out there give I information about which artist this could be?
