I may be late to the party, but this is now available on CD from Ernie B's. I've been looking/waiting for this one for a long long time. It's on the way and I'm really hoping it lives up to all the hype!

Picked up the LP on e-bay a few months back for pretty cheap and it's an outstanding album. Hope you enjoy it!

I've seen it on cd at Rototom Sunsplash 1 year ago...a friend of mine took it for about 35 euros!

Great Album.On my oppinion...better on LP...or much better on singles!

Anyway you'll enjoy it for sure

yes, there is a repress of "the skulls - black slavery days" avaialble on Fox.

The LP is crucial in my opinion!

and the 12" on skulls lable is even better imo same lyrics different riddim and extended i think its the longest 12" i have in my possession

i had that on LP sometime ago and sold it...

it was roots, but nothing too mind blowing...

i think ill re-listen at mi bredrin him still have it.

Really Vinnie, I was personnally a bit disappointed by this 12"... cause this song is in my top of tops ever... But the riddim of the 12" really sound like US reggae... A bit cheap compared to that one of Jack Ruby, imo. The vocal is really great, different but at least as great as the 7".

And yes, certainly my longest disco too...!!

ah i see it does remind me of a steel pulse bassline
foundation style for me tho
