Looking for info on Lp/CD- "Kings of Reggae"

Greetings,
I am looking for info on an album called "Kings of Reggae"- I know it's a very generic title, but that's it. I have a very poor cassette dub of it from almost 20 years ago. I copied at a CD store I worked at in the early days of CD's.
All I remember is that Peter Tosh is listed on guitar. It's mainly an instumental record, very moody with lots of flute.
The first tune has a chorus that goes-
"Woy, woy, woy it's a East Kingston"
There's another tune that has a chorus-
"Silver & gold have I none" (this is not the Jacob Miller Tune)
Whatever the vocals there are are only choruses and they sound like men & women singing together. Like i said though, most songs are instrumentals (not dubs). It's just a great mellow album to kick back and i-detate to.
So any help would be much appreciated. Just remember the music is at least 20 years old.
Thanks
