I need help, I know this one might be easy, the singer is an obvious DJ and the song sounds like the dancehall of the beginning 80's, rub a dub style.
It says "Cuss Cuss in a rub a dub style....I say lyrics lyrics...do it jah...you can't go to zion to rest in peace..." I believe it the radics playing on the back..
