Hi all...

To follow up with the OTHODOX SHOCASE thread, seems there is something new...
The only 2 released LP on ORTHODOX are the Visionaires and Showcase LP but this next album showcase that we never spoke about, released on the Lucky label, is credited to tre 12 Tribes... Any info?
You can listen samples on the page.

I've seen this album on ebay, i think it was at the beginning of 2007 and i thought i was credited to Yabby You.
I just found something I kept on my computer, it went up to £114 and came with a copy of this cover, not the original. The tracklisting presented was :
01 The Royals - Blacker Black
02 Vivian Jackson - Chanting Jah Victory
03 Alphonso - Jah Victory
04 Leroy Hamilton - Roots Of One Tree
05 GD - Collie Weed
06 Cool Cat - Natty Command
07 Perfidia
08 Something Tonight
09 Genuine Dub
10 Blacker Dub
11 Pablo Versus Babylon
12 Riddle Me This

I read in de cover of "Pick Up The Pieces" (The Royals)the story as told from a source that interview Roy Cousin. In there they never mention records for Yabby You or The Orthodox Label. This label have many turns & twist but the music is awsome

Its just a compilation album with the title of 12 Tribes Of Israel, it has nothing to do with the 12 tribes / orthodox label.

Must be one of the recent release by the label, no? They did new recordings in the ast 4 years. Not crucial at all, imo...!
