Expatriates reggae artists, who lives where ?

Just curiosity, have you heard about jamaican artists living abroad (a part from England for which the list would be too long).
To start :
Dr Alimantado lives in Gambia
Rod Taylor lives in France
Tyrone Downie lives in France
Winston McAnuff nearly lives in France
Some are in the US and Canada i guess...

I'm quite sur Tado lives in UK. He only spend (spent?) time in Gambia, but not on regular basis.
Plenty artist lives in London, Miami, New York and Toronto.

I'm quite sure he lives in Gambia, a friend of mine from Senegal told me few days ago that Tado is often seen in Senegal (Gambia is surrounded by Senegal). And he told us himself he was living in Gambia during his "concert"* last saturday. And [that interview](

*i write "concert" because he had lost his voice, maybe the cold weather as i was told he had sung the day before in Belgium

Pliers of "Chaka Demus & Pliers" fame is/was I hear married to an Irish girl and living in County Clare, Ireland.
Ranking Dread also lived in Dublin for a year or 2 so back in the 80's. He was then on the run from UK police.
