Keite/Repeater

I have been looking for a place to purchase a Keite/Repeater for sometime now and can't seem to locate anyplace where they sell these, A Keite is an African drum used in Nyabinghi ceremonies and by many musicians, in case you don't know. If anyone can help I'd appreciate it.
