I am sure i have seen the above track featured on a various artist album, but for the life of me can't recall the title or label. It wasn't on the Seba label anyway.
Does anybody remember it?

I think that the label is SCBA. I only know one tune of this artist :
Ras Abrah I - concubine style - SCBA - 1981.
The producer is Solomonic.
