steel pulse or not????

Hi every one
I'm looking for someone who knows very well the band "steel pulse"(better than me) . I ve'got a 7" with blank label with hand writting
and it's written "reach dem jah" "steel pulse"
Does someone know this record ????
Is it really steel pulse, because i never see this title in any discography.......and obviously it's not david hind at the lead vocal ....and it sounds like it's the first the singer sings;-)
