It's a mixed bag imho.
The record was recorded and released in 1985.
The John Holt tracks are backed by Roots Radics with Jackie Mittoo synth-overdubs, Horace Andy tracks are in a pre-SlengTeng english digital style, recorded at Easy Street Studios.
The vocals are excellent, so you have to decide if you like the musical style.
