Swiss reggae: Phenomden/Phenom Melody

Anyone knows this guy? If so, what's your opinion?
Last year he made a wicked album under the name Phenom Melody (Style Generator, One Ton Records, 2007) bringing back the digital stylee, performing over some mid '80s King Jammy riddims. The funny thing is that he does the toasting in Switzerdütsch (same for the German as Patois for the English).
