anyone have this for sale. or know if this record comes around and for how much.

It usually goes for much ... On popsike there seems to be three copies that have gone for £37, $170 and £115.
My advice is to stay cool and wait for the reissue to come. It's just a matter of time I would think since Negus & Ernie B's have started to reissue these albums.
