I'm feeling high, very high.
No, I haven't been smoking and I haven't had a drink for ages. And I don't do drugs so what's made me feel so euphoric?
Simple: It's that wonderful thing called reggae music.
Yep!
I've been playing records all morning, bidding for even more on eBay and packing my overnight bag for the visit to Highness Sound System in Nottingham tonight.
And consequently I feel REALLY good.
Does reggae music do this to anyone else on here?

ites leggo!
this is the beautiful truth of the roots that i have come to find in my young age. for i ,certain albums such as big youth's progress or justin hinds travel with love trigger a seratonin release and immediately lift my spirits. Jah Music is surely something to be thankful for i-very day!!!!!

Not only reggae music,good company too.I`ve just been for a tapas meal with a complete range of people,not too much alcohol, as i`ve got work early in the morning.Seems to me you are liking life at this present time,Leggo!!Make the most of it."Socking Good Time " is what I`m listening to at the moment,sums it all up.Irie!
