British Reggae Group Reggae Regulars aka the Regulars made three albums between 1978 and 1984. 'Victim', 'I&I' and 'Ghetto Rock'. The first album was promoted by big label CBS and came ina flashy gatefold sleeve with extra 7" single. Second was self-produced and distributed indpendently. Their last album was on Greensleeves from England and produced by Mad Professor.
Originally formed in 1976 with George Clark (keyboards), Allan 'Kingpin' King (vocals), Anthony Rockwood (lead vocals), Trevor Salmon (bass), Errol Francis (drums), Patrick Donegan (guitar) and Norman Ebanks (lead guitar). They split in 1980 and came back in 1984 for the last album which was made by Trevor Salmon, Patrick Donegan and weston Salmon (vocals) and Brian Campbell (keyboards).
Nothing was heard of them since then.

Earth and Stone consisted of the two singers Albert Bailey and Clifton Howell (aka McWell). They started at Studio One around 1968 and from 1973 worked at Channel One Studios for the Hookim Brothers. After creating the classic 'Kool Roots' record there were some singles on Channel One label. After 1983 they went quiet.

If you can, seek out the excellent 'Give Me' and 'Jah will cut you Down' singles from Earth and Stone. They were produced by JoJo Hookim at Channel One between 1973 - 77. .....classic reggae!

Earth and Stone's only Long Player 'Kool Roots' reissue, available from Pressure Sounds. (pressure.co.uk). It's essential and includes all the dubs as did the original.
