Which came first?The squad disco release[my guess]or the trojan one?

Not sure, but they have different track listings.
I haven't heard the Squad release, but the Trojan is my favourite Pioneers LP by a long shot. But it was also my first (back in 1979) so perhaps that's why I like it best of them all.

How does it compare to the Trojan release Rasralo? The track listing looks different, is this really the case or just a sleeve notes issue?
And are they the same mix?
