i have a question..

?If you have the chance, to make a 10 song music playlist for a radio program, or for enjoy it in the irie time with friends.. what would it be.. ?

My personal playlist goes like this:

1. Cheater - Gladiators
2. Enter Zion - Twinkle Brothers
3. Guiltines - Bob marley
4. Act of affection - Wailing Souls
5. Begger mans child - Pablo Gad
6. Looks is deceiving - Gladiators
7. Columbus - Bunrning Spear
8. unemployment - Twinkle Bothers
9. African Roots - Jonny CLarke
10. Sinsemilia - Barrington LEvy

It depends on the audience and their knowledge on reggae.

However, if it was played on a radio show to people who have little or no knowledge on the subject, a playlist could be the following ten songs

1. Jimmy Cliff - Miss Jamaica
2. The Uniques - My conversation
3. Dandy - Rudy, A message to you
4. Melodians - Rivers of babylon
5. Max Romeo - Chase the devil
6. Dennis Brown - Man next door
7. Johnny Osbourne - Ice cream love
8. Barrington Levy - Here I come
9. Garnett Silk - Place in your heart
10. Luciano - Come down father

I think the above list would be a good introduction to reggae.

I will try to get back on the subject with a list relating to an audience with deeper knowledge of reggae.
