I have a tune that comes from a tape of the David Rodigan Radio London show (circa 1978).
I think it's U Brown and the riddim is either "ain't that loving you" or "pressure and slide"
THE TUNE GOES SOMETHING LIKE:

miss a fletcher make you lie down in de stretcher

at the end he does mention "doctorman skank" by Carlton Patterson and King Tubby and the beggining is similar but...

Track you want is called "Please Mr. Doctor" and is the DJ cut to Carlton Patterson "Pressure and Slide"

Was issued on the Black and White label as a 12"
