Don Digital you have some home work to do.
Listen to all the foundation albums at home.

Your sound sample is a worst version

HEPTONES - BABY

how could you forget classics like that, in order to create new roots one must first learn the foundation. i know alot of musicians who want to create a new wave of roots music but they do not have the patience nor the desire to learn or even listen to the original stuff. they will not succeed because they have not done their homework.
aint nothin like the old school!

i wasnt necisarily talking about you, i was refering to the situation i was experiencing, im sure you know all the old school riddims and as i do often forget the names of them.
forgive me if my wording seemed like an aggressive statement. my previous statement is what is going on with the young musicians in the area around me.

yo greg, me and di situation a no friend sameway, read around on the board what i said about the nowadays "roots" productions, yeh "roots" not roots.
easy, no problem, i jus forget di name not the whole rhythm, i often forget things like names of people or names of everything in general.
