Morgan Heritage had a hit 5 years ago with Down By the River, what was the riddim and what was Sanchez tune called? And waht label?

Its a pretty well-known Studio One riddim, don't recall at this moment which one, maybe What Kind of World

Not sure if it was Fat Eyes who released it, but its called Pretty Girl if I remember this correctly, anyone seen this 45 for sale?
