now seriously, i am a daily writer on this here board, have been for 4 years and more. i am using an alias as what i want to say may anger some, and that is ..cannabis is very bad for the brain , it causes schizophrenia in vulnerable people. i am glad that its illegal.

I dont have any anger for this. It is true that it causes schizophrenia.

Every drug does damage to your health. FULLSTOP.

If used in medical science this means small doses under surveyance, not on everyday basis by yourself.

BUT everyone is responsible for himself/herself. It is a free world (?) we are living in and you have the right to do with your body whatever you like (at least as long as you are a white male person that is).

This goes for all 'legal' (alcohol, nicotine and else) and 'illegal' drugs.

I thought the scientific consensus was that it was more likely to cause schizophrenia only if an individual is already prone to it (i.e. a history of mental illness in the family/brain damage). I'm quite sure it can't just cause it out of the blue.

Short term memory fading over time and decreased cognitive response due to long term heavy usage-- that's another story.

p.s. The illegal status of cannabis is extremely unproductive. It does nothing more than fill the prisons and give a criminal record to many who are otherwise completely law abiding citizens.

Cannabis sets free what already is inside of you.
I like to say it works like an emotional amplifier. Leads from unsecure feelings to panic attacks and fear. From irie feeling to the top.

If mental state is not absolutely centered - leave it.
Seen youth with bad vibe from hash. Seen hash, burning + smelling like old tires.

It´s a question of consciousness. If I don´t have A 1 sensi - I don´t smoke. Would never touch a lousy quality.

Meanwhile I can reach an irie high feeling without any smoking, just concentrating on the feelings I experienced. If I call them, they come very fast.

That means I smoke a few times a year and that´ll do for me.

It is my 5th year I learn visual energy works which is a nowadays part of shamanism. This requires a very clean living (enough sleep, organic nutrition, social hygenics,...). Smoking a lot would cut off the energetic flow and my ability to see as well as my work with clients. I feel responsible for what I´m doing and the people have the right to expect the very best from me.

So I don´t miss smoking cause I could improve some wonderful gifts and talents.

What do you have to back your claim?
