Charlie Chaplin "Quenchie" LP

Does anyone know when this LP was originally recorded/released? RA have it as 198x and I suspect it's from early in his career as it's produced by Roy Cousins who did his earlier LP's. I'm guessing '83 or '84 by the sound? Any thoughts welcome, thanks
