Discussing this track with King Culture, he also feels it is mid 80s Bunny Rugs. I am not sure at all so any imput is greatly appreciated. The search continues.

Great song, never heard it before, but I'd definitely say the singer is not jamaican. To me, it even sounds as if english wasn't his mother tongue. I'd also follow Leggo's african singer track. But the riddim sounds too heavy for classic african reggae... Could be an african singer recording in Jamaica ?
