Excuse me, as I'm not very familiar with Eric Bubble's Output, I have a question: is this an LP of new tracks or is it reissued material from the 70's/80's?

The LP doesn't seem to happen but it looked like a reissue of old recordings. At least Root's of Black People, Death Before Dishonor and Rebel Lion (the latter two on the same rhythm) all have been released in the late 70's early 80's.
